KATHLEEN KRAFT, MSN, PMHNP-C, ANP-C

Our dual board certified Adult and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Kathleen Kraft,  believes in starting where you are at and working with you to improve your mental health. Kathleen has over 17 years  experience as a Nurse Practitioner, and 25 years as a registered nurse, thus able to provide you with a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you meet your goals. Kathleen believes that YOU are the architect to your life and that working through difficult times you will be able to build upon your current foundation and see an increase in your strength, coping, and confidence in your daily life. She believes that nutrition can play a significant role in how a person feels mentally and this is a significant focus here at Lotus Quest. Our provider is dedicated to providing you a comprehensive wellness experience. You can expect a thorough evaluation and a provider that works with you to help you understand your diagnoses and treatment options.

Kathleen specializes in Binge Eating Disorder, Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder of moderate levels.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING PROCESS

Lotus Quest is partnered with Headway for scheduling and billing. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for our patients. 

How to schedule your first appointment with Lotus Quest:
1) Call or fill out the contact form to Lotus Quest below to speak to our provider to determine if you are appropriate to be seen via telemedicine. 
2) If approved for evaluation, you will be asked to provide your full name, email address, date of birth and insurance information. Your information will be sent to Headway to further assist with your account set up. 
3) The Headway team will reach out via email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You’ll see your cost/session ahead of time and can check your benefits any time in your Headway patient portal.
4) You can reach the Headway team directly through their contact form. They can help with any insurance, billing, or account questions. Link to Headway: https://headway.co/contact
